She-goats are fed only with pasture and natural herbs like heather, rockroses, strawberry trees, honeysuckle, acorn, etc., which grow naturally on the mountain, and obviously they are free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

Our cheeses are composed of: fresh she-goat milk, natural rennet, salt, and they spend a maturing time of minimum sixty days.
