    Virgin Olive Oils proceeding from the olive varieties arbequina, picuda, pajarero, nevadillo, hojiblanca, manzanilla y lechín.

    Preserved under inert atmosphere inside stainless steel containers, to assure its quality to be kept.

 

 

ECOLIBOR

      ECOLIBOR is produced with a great respect and consideration on the environment in accordance with the regulations of the European Community. We don’t use any Chemical substances, neither in the cultivation nor in the manufacturing of oil.

      Our Olive grove is in Extremadura, one of the best wild area of our country.

      We select a Manzanilla Cacereña olive that grows only in this area. This variety has a very special taste, is placed in the “FRUTTATO MEDIO”. The organoleptic characteristics are absolutely irreproachable.

      The olives are worked in the mill not later than 24 hours after pick up. This is important because this way of working avoids oxidation and heating processes. They are cold squeezed.

      The very low percentage of acidity, expressed in oleic acid, lower than 0,2% is also importat.

      We suggest you should consume in crude, specially with your salads and breakfast.
