• The variety of climates helps to El Penedés to create all kind of wines: traditional dry whites, aguja wines and sparkling, aromatic white wines, elegant Parellada, Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewürztraminer o Chenin blanc, fresh and fruited rose wines Garnacha, dense red wines made of typical Mediterranean varieties, and those noble reds Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo y Pinot noir which give to El Penedés the old glory of being the land of deep, complex, aromatic and majestic wines.

• It was yet appreciated and transmitted by Romans the high quality of white wines from El Penedés and very specially of red wines from the High Lands. This tradition, sometimes in the past lowered by pests and crisis which decimated vineyards, is now reborn with a renewal of the vines and the development of new technologies, a fact without preceding in the contemporary Europe.

• In spite of its most antique tradition in red wines, El Penedés elaborates young and aromatic white wines, as a result of a grape renewal which has known how to climate white aromatic varieties of grapes and thanks to a technologic evolution which let create sweet, fresh and fruity wines, ideal for daily consumption.
