Product Description

This wine is ideal to accompany light meals, hot entrees, vegetables, potatoes Rioja, game birds and poultry. We suggest “poultry egg yolk with pepper glass and chanterelles.” The drying tannin goes well to remove the gummy sensation of the yolk, so that the contribution of pepper counteracts end tannic wine. The chanterelle mushroom gives a note wooden dish that compliments wine.
